CCX is looking for a talented individual to assist us in maintaining our commitment to that mission.
We are currently seeking a Communications Technician whose responsibilities would include design support, installation & programming, testing and troubleshooting of Avaya Communications systems. This product line ranges from basic key to leading edge converged communications solutions.
Some formal training will be provided but successful candidates will need to have the ability to learn new products in a self-paced environment using product documentation, CD-Rom and Web based training tools.
In addition individuals must be able to work flexible hours
Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience in Telecommunication/Data Networking in a technical support or repair capacity, knowledge of software and hardware implementation procedures for Avaya/Lucent products which include: Partner/Merlin Legend/Definity/Audix/Octel, MCSE or CNE Certification a plus.
